..and she decides what to do with it.  I am not confounded or shocked to learn that so and so allows kissing while the other doesn't.  For some ladies its very intimate to kiss a guy and they are afraid of getting attached to the guy. They don't kiss. Some can handle their emotions very well. They will kiss.  Some just don't want to swap fluids with some stranger.

Also, if a lady does kiss with one, doesn't mean she will kiss with the next one. Some guys have just bad breath. There is always YMMV factor.
