I sent a problem report to TER to understand why my review was removed. There are several long-standing hobbyists and providers who have met me and can vouch for me, and know I am an independent based in LA. I really don't know why except maybe it has something to do with an east-coast based agency I use to work for...if you would like references, please PM me.

Yes Eden, don't want to look at the sily blue banner, when I click on your link. Rather look at you.
It almost puts a smile on my face through this confusing time. It's hard starting out as an indie and having your first review pulled.
I'm told this may take a few days to clear things up. I can provide a review on another site if people would like to see (I don't want to post it here as it's a competitive site to TER) and I know the gentleman who wrote the review is a terrific, wonderfully sweet man that I believe would be happy to give a referral.

"Often, what happens is the review is held until a
second one is submitted for the provider. The reason
being that many providers do not tend to get such a
high overall score, and since we have nthing to compair
this with, we wait for another review.
We do apologize for the delay, however, if she is a
legit provider more reviews will follow. We will then
be able to create a profile for her where all her
reviews, including yours, will be found.

I reviewed Eden and give her a rare 10/10, she is an extraordinarily beautiful and sensous young woman. A verson of my same review was also posted on bigdoggie.net. Eden is my American ATF.
For personal reasons. On the plus side, TER has acknowledge my old reviews...email, city, and rates will still need to be updated. But it's nice to be recognized as legitimate!

Wow, guess I won't feel too awfully guilty then about me not beingh in town either. I hope it was on the plus side for you, canceling that is. Of course I have a saying the "everything is as it should be, right now this very moment".
Hope we meet sooner, rather than later.
