It is like this girl from FL who from the ad boards looked like she has moved here. Her rates down there are 500/hr which I guess is normal. Well up here they are not and she kind of figured that out since she offered a $100 discount all month. Guessing she can't get 500 up here as no one really can. She can't just lower her rate as that would make her look really bad plus she was with an agency (maybe still is) when she was down there.
