This was a TER survey question about a year ago....

I'm not sure if there is a way to access old surveys, maybe write to TER and ask.

I seem to recall the percentage was considerable, like 25% or so

Some of you may have filled out her survey.  Here is a link to her paper sent to me in return for participating. If the link expires, you can search for her name, and her web site has a section on her publications.

... There's a link off the main "My TER" page.

Maybe the survey you're thinking of is, "How old are you?"

4%  -   18-21
19%  -   22-30
28%  -   31-40
26%  -   41-50
21%  -   51 and up

Hmm, but "51 and up" covers a LOT of territory. I'm way over 51 and I bet many here are the same.

A better survey might be "How old is your wife?" Might be a better predictor of who shows up here. Not a comment on age/beauty for women, but more a comment on age/interest. Sigh.

"...44 percent had at some stage become emotionally attached or fallen in love with a provider."

This is the real danger in this world, not LE so much

I agree it is the real danger and nothing will make  a lady wary like having someone lose sight of the parameters...Remember it is a hobby,a fantasy...I call it funlife,if you fall in love you mix real life and it is a mistake.

I'm there right now albeit not a provider but a sugar baby.  I'm her first SD and I let my emotions get involved.  She reciprocated as well but it's still not a good thing.  Been a year now.  We only see each other once a week or so.
