Due to recent events in the Philly area, I am considering relocating to the Baltimore- DC Area, but am unsure if anyone would be interested. Check out my review’s and tell me what you think…..Interested???
I can not speak for other gentlemen on the DC board, but have a strong feeling you will be swamped with appointments if you relocate to the Balt./DC area. It appears you have done your research. This is a great area, both to live and to work in your field.

Karisa I certainly hope you do decide to relocate to DC. I'm in the VA suburbs so it would be better for me if you choose DC over Baltimore. I'm not sure what your current donation is but obviously the more affordable the better. It always helps if you discount for more than one hour. 1&1/2 for $400 would be reasonable. First of all thanks everyone for the great response. I'm really looking forward to meeting many new and exciting gentleman in your area, but I have some bad news. Due to the noticeably higher cost of living, as well as a considerable rent increase, I will more then likely be raising my rates to $300 1/2 & $350 hr. I will be giving new clients a $25 discount if they are a paid member of TER and have posted several reviews (for screening process) and I will still be giving my repeat clients a $25 discount. I'm sorry, but that's the best I will be able to do. I actually would rather quality then quantity. I hope you all can understand. You see I limit the # of clients I see a day to a very select few. This way I know I will not burn myself out and I will make sure each gentleman I see feels as if he's my one and only! I hope many of you will still schedule and appointment with me when I arrive. I would recommend the BWI area, just southwest of Baltimore. The traffic is much better than the DC/Northern VA area. It's a simple drive for the guys who live in DC or Annapolis to go to BWI. Also, lots of professionals work in the area (including me). I'm sure you would get all the business you could handle.
