I am a paralegal in Las Vegas. I doubt you can get a same day divorce here because you have to serve the divorce papers on the soon to be ex spouse and then file the proof of service with the Family Law Court (not to be confused with District Court.)
I have googled to no end and I have no idea how to go about this. I have so many questions. How much, is it really done in the same day? Please Can you help? If so email me at [email protected]
provided that the marriage is not consumated and both parties agree, it can be annulled the same day. Not sure how much but I'm sure there's someone out there that will do it for $99 (plus court costs) for an easy divorce (where you both walk away without any disagreements) but I doubt it can be done same day at that price.
