I have seen London police greeting people on the streets, underground stations and even have seen them walking and joking with people with their hands on their shoulders, a friendly gesture. Almost 35% of London population is non white.
The fact that you are not going to be shot by a police, or a lunatic claiming mental illness like here makes life much different.
This country is fuc***g stupid to think we need guns to live. Another thing in London is, you more police walking on the streets talking to people instead sitting in a donut shop waiting for call and rushing in their cars. Completely detached from the society around them.
