I assumed escorts that post on CL were scams/fake/LE etc. I was surprised to see some are well reviewed providers here. Does having an "open call" on CL make a provider more of a risk for some of you? I think it would raise the chances of encountering LE.
Also, is there risk of LE "flipping" an established provider to sting clients?
dont know where you are but in Nashville word is avoid CL has been lot stings from it even was on Local news........so beware
CL is a popular site for many LE stings, mainly because it is a popular free site to post ads and many providers there are easy prey as they do little or no screening.
On the other hand, as you pointed out, many well reviewed providers will post there from time to time when they are having a slow week. A favorite of mine is the traveling ladies, many will post on Eros and TER their normal tour rate and then go on CL and post a substantially lower rate on a slow evening when they have no other calls. It is risky, you still have to do your review search and be careful. BTW: In my area LE trolls the Eros ads also, CL does not have a corner on that market. LOL

Hi, this same question comes up about once a week.
In general CL is no longer a good place to connect. When we started it was great. The past year it has received way too much negative attention and too many bad apples are destroying a good thing. Besides LE stings, there are reports of guys and providers being set up for robbery.
However there are lots of top quality girls who do use it on occassion. We use it when we travel.
Here's my rule of thumb for initial screening: If a provider has an ad on CL and also has a paid ad on Eros or Cityvibe, AND has TER reviews, and owns her own web domain you probably will enjoy the experience you are expecting.
If any of the above is missing you need to investigate further.
