well shit girl…thanx!!! I always thought she carried the weight of that duo.. I'll check em all out.

I have so may on my list but I must say I am still a Beyonce fan  .She keeps her talent alive .

Incredibly talented musicians/performers.. I've seen John Legend live and is one of the most amazing voices in the industry..

Goapele is still a fav of mine (Higher..after a succesful work day? fogettabout it).

But I must say in the last two years Frank Ocean has killed it, as well as Miguel (quickie? C'mon plus he wrote Bey's Rockets which is so so sexytime.

Jhene Aiko has a new album and its ahhhhhmzing! Souled out (I'm playing it now lol) Her songs make great session music too! Great sensual/zone stuff.

If you like Goapele (awesome!) Might I suggest Amel Larrieux, she is similar and equally amazing.

I will have to +1 for Jhene Aiko & Goapele, and add Marsha Ambrosius and Elle Varner. I've loved Marsha since floetry, but as a solo artist she is AWESOME and her new album gets serious playtime on my Bluetooth speaker lol. Elle Varner has only released a new singled since her first album, and a mix tape, but if the single is any indication of how great her album will be I CANT WAIT!

No problem! :)

An older artist I usually mix in with Amel is Corrine Bailey Rae, not sure if you've heard of her. She's got a voice like butterfly kisses lol so sweet, but amazing lyrics and vocals, more on the slower side though. Totally underrated. Great for winding down

I'd rather listen to

Sam Smith 's "Stay with me" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pB-5XG-DbA

I can pretty much say everyone had listed some good people . That new singer Jhene is everything.. lol I freaking love her.
