I'll be retiring on the 14th (and yes, for good). I haven't been in the game for too long - a little over a year, but it's safe to say that I've had a very interesting time. I was able to pay my Senior year of college without taking loans, pay for extra classes, take trips to fun places, meet new people, pay bills, give gifts to friends & fam, put some money in the bank to invest in my future, pay for my first semester of grad school, and much more.
This job isn't for everyone. Like any other job it can be stressful, and with this job in particular, risky. I wouldn't advise anyone to do this but hope that if anyone new (provider or client) is interested in being involved in this that they really do some research beforehand.
I always knew that I wanted to do more and this was merely a short path to achieve my dreams.

This is soooo different than picking up girls for a quickie in my Monte Carlo in the 80s.
I have made friends doing this, met nice normal girls I bring into my house!
Some are nuts and nothing more than a quick F
Some are what could be mistaken for a real relationship.
I have to assume its the same for the ladies here.

You entered into this industry with the right attitude and have a good head on your shoulder. This is about making $ saving $ and investing in your dreams.... and by what I have read, you've done all of the above! Good Stuff girl. ( and many great stories to share in your latter years )
