I remember when in school the days felt so long!
It is so true what you mentioned as the just merge now. I really appreciate with seeing that kids back in school. To see all my friends kids dress up for the first day in school as cool as can be....lol. Brings back some memories 
seeing everyone on their day, the buses, and all that goes with it. Guess as you get older the calendar really takes on new meaning and post Labor Day is just that, and for the most part days just merge. Almost makes me wish I still was in school of some sort...
