Jesus certainly is just a dead corpse. Muslims reject jesus and simply call him a prophet. Jews reject jesus the same way. I happen to call bullshit on all those 3 religions because they are man-made bull shit.

Actually DA, I take exception to that one. While the Qu'ran refers to Jesus of Nazareth as a prophet, the majority of Jews, certainly those from the religious background I came from, do not recognize "Jesus" as anything more than a fictional construct, a compilation of several people from that time frame.
The Judaic belief starts and ends with the Old Testament, whereas the New Testament is what fuels Christianity. Aint no Jeezuz in the Five Books.

Like DA, I reject every religion I have ever heard of as ridiculous "poppy cock" but that does not make make an atheist. I make no claims to know for certain that their is no creator, as a matter of fact I believe it is quite possible that "something" caused the events leading to the creation of the universe and that that something could be considered a God of sorts to us mortals.
That said, the Christian, Muslim, Hindu, Wiccan, scientology et al versions of how we came to be are all rubbish IMO and I reject every one of them out of hand. This does not make me an atheist though, I consider myself an agnostic.
