BSC wing-nut Republicans are the worst threat to this country than foreign terrorists and that makes constitution yelling Republicans the worst threat.

You have earned it so own it and wear it, IDIOTS.

Fuck restructuring the damn tax codes! These companies should be 'Nationalized' and turned into non-profit philanthropic businesses for the collective good of the citizens of the United states. And the scheming tax attorneys who counseled and enabled these companies to do this kind of shit should be lynched and burned at the end of their ropes, or made to do nothing but pro-Bono work for the remainder of their legal careers.

that import mexicans and central americans to steal jobs, services, and nullify Americans votes.

heres a clue for ya:
It’s easy to see why multinational companies like to flee the U.S. tax system. The U.S. corporate income tax rate, 35 percent, is the highest in the developed world. The U.S. is also one of the few countries that makes its companies pay that rate on all the worldwide income it brings home — even if the profit was generated by a subsidiary in a foreign country with low taxes, such as Ireland. Many nations, including the U.K. and Canada, tax only domestic profits.

Let those who elected the current Administration go fight for him when called. Because I will not.
Now let me guess.
Generally, Democrats will not take up that challenge. Did they have their milk money taken away in grammer school by thugs and bullies?
Peace and Love, to those who want to cut our heads off.
Not mine and those I love.
Go get em tough guys.  You will make us safe.
ohhhh yeah
ps
prior military is exempted

When you do your taxes either thru Turbo Tax or an accountant, do you start the process by saying I want to pay MORE in taxes? Would I consider tax inversion a possible loophole, probably. Would I consider companies are gaming the system, probably. But loopholes and gaming the system are not illegal. They are a product of a very complex tax code.

I guess the liberal solution for tax simplification to shame companies and individuals into paying more by quoting cute little phrases like,  "they're not American patriots", or "you didn't build that". Taking a 3rd grade approach to tax overhaul is not the best approach. Now that I said that, I guess it kinda worked on Walgreens as they opted against the inversion yesterday, but companies like Pfizer won't opt out. There is a real simple reason why some will opt out, and others won't, and it has nothing to do with emotion. Come back and tell me why?

Re scheming attorneys, you can thank Skadden Arps. They are the creative genius behind tax inversions. Just thought I mention it in case you want to send them a XMAS card (lol).

Oh by the way, your proletariat rants are getting real old. You need some new material.

No wait, my bad, I just remembered - it was Duke. Maybe it had something to do with all that water on the floor at Pauley Pavillon. Maybe you should get out your bucket and mop and go help clean up.

"Scheming attorneys?" Isn't that redundant?

Old and stupid argument, try something original and yours!

I the law allows it WHY the hell wouldn't a corporation who s only true responsibility is to it's share holders NOT take advantage of it? Change the law but it's not the media s job to pressure the ones they see fit into not doing it. If they are going to do that then publish a whole list...

Add 25% to 35% exercise tax on everything they sell in the US since they are foreign companies using our infrastructure without paying for it.
