Depends on where you are and whether it's an agency.
Independant ladies typically don't hold you up for tips, but it is a common tactic for agency girls.
In my neck of the woods 175 will get you unenthusiastic FS from an agency girl, 200-250 will get an excellent experience with an indy.
In Vegas that won't get a lady through the door.

everyones rates are different
some full service girls are 250, some are 800. Rate does not reflect what they do or dont do.

Just a suggestion... sometimes a little gift, rather than a tip, is appreciated a bit more, as it shows some thought was given to making a choice - read the website carefully, don't be afraid to get creative.
