I'm getting ready to take my first trip to Frankfurt and plan to visit one of the FKK clubs. There's a lot of great info on this board but I did have a few more questions:
1.) What's the best way to ask for special requests before choosing a companion (greek, bbj, cof, etc.) Do I ask the girls while talking to them or is there another person who will suggest girls based on what I want?
2.) It looks like club entrance is about 60 euros but what about the time with the girl? How much (typically) for a half hour or hour?
3.) I assume a non-German speaking American on his own will have no problem with getting around Frankfurt and in the clubs, but thought I'd ask.

Hats off to rod8239 he hit it on the head. I really like the FKKs as you can sit & chat (no cost) with potnetial targets for as long as they will sit with you Buy them a drink, reasonable price & you really get an extended conversation.. The Germans really deserve some kind of reward for comming up with this FKK concept;. I love it!!
BBBJ is not a special request, it is a requirement for girls to work at FKK so don't ask.
DFK is not a special request but is not required to be provided by girl
Every guy has their own style. I rarely ask upfront, but you can ask. No extra money for that.
CIM is an extra 50 euro in Frankfurt, 25 euro in the Northwest (Golden Time). Like 90% will be happy to provide it.
IMHO do not ask upfront, get a blowjob first then figure out if she is worth a shot for CIM. Reward only when worth it.
Anal is an extra 100, most girls will provide it, that's a ton of money for an extra.
If you go to Oase, my recommendation is to go to the kino with the girl but as soon as you make out/get bbbj you;re on the hook for session but Oase is the best club for kino action.

Anal is cheaper in NRW (50), but I also get the impression less girls have it on the menu there. Your Language part is too absolute, to say the least. There are a few clubs where you have to speak German to get in(Freude, GT, etc) but I've never heard of a girl needing to speak English. There are also some girls that speak neither, for in stance Jessica in World whose full vocabulary in both languages is 'Zimmy?'. I've met similar girls in Oase as well; Spanish can come in handy. In Hessen English will often be enough though.
While some clubs have the ridiculous rule that girls can't speak Romanian amongst each other (I'm looking at you Livingroom), most places have groups of girls talking in their native tongue and I don't see why that would be problematic.
