Try putting Baton Rouge in the Location field, again leaving the city blank. There appears to be a few known providers from Houston and NO who have been reviewed in Baton Rouge.
Now here is thought - If you can identify reliable agencies in NO, or even Houston (you never know til you ask), call and ask if they visit, or have contacts in Baton Rouge.

Providers have been ran out of lousianna for many years-

Go to the "Other Cities" Regional Board, put in simply Baton and do a search for say 120 days past and voila - visiting providers are available, and they have reviews... yes, a bit more work to do, but you can at least know you have some well reviewed ladies to choose from.
