Why would you? Millions of men take those medications and they're not illegal.

Domestically, the TSA has no authority to search for drugs, although they do anyway.  If you use the Viagra gel (not sure you can get it here in the U.S.???), just put them in the plastic bag with your shampoo and toothpaste.  If a TSA screener starts to hassle you and tries to confiscate your ED meds, ask him where he got his medical degree and remind him that practicing medicine without a license is a felony.  (Sorry for the anti-TSA rant, but I absolutely despise what we have allowed the government to do to us in the name of security theater.)

International travel is another story.  Leaving the U.S. will be the same as above.  But, you never know what the laws are in the countries you're visiting and what to expect from U.S. Customs when you go home.  I always use my prescription bottles for pills when I travel overseas.  I would avoid taking too much overseas in case someone wants to accuse you of being a sex tourist, depending upon the countries you visited.

In "most" other countries ED meds like Viagra are available at a fraction of the price, over the counter at any drug store. I can think of several airports where you can buy them as well.

Also, in many countries the generic version of most of the ED meds are also available, just ask any pharmacist in whatever country you find yourself in and they are usually more than happy to help. Scratch this advice if you find yourself traveling to somewhere like Saudi Arabia or Iran of course.
