I have ZERO issues contacting a hooker to see in an hour or two after first contact, why should I be bashful about getting "right to it" with an SB? If she is willing of course, if I have to "put my time in" before getting laid, I am ok with that too.

Aside from the quasi hookers, it's usually a day or two from first message until a meet, but i have had quite a few that happened same day and most of those led to sex that very same day. Almost all of them come to think of it. OTOH, i have had months go by in between first message and first meeting, but most of them ended up with sex on the same day as the first date too.

Just an unscientific observation, but it seems those who have stated rather short time frames are probably:
1. Single (not married)
2. Not attached to a "civvie" GF
3. Live alone
4. Generally more experienced in the Sugar Bowl
5. Comfortable, actively, or at least very experienced seeing TER Pros.
This makes intuitive sense, but still, interesting.
