Midwestern agriculture states are sparsely populated so you would have less high paying jobs,less income and a lower tax base. Southern states have a high percentage of Americans of African descent growing up in 1 parent homes. Whites also. No parental involvement leads to poor education and a high dropout rate. Factor in the so called war on poverty designed by Democrats and you have a never ending cycle of government dependency, a permanent welfare state passed on to generations. But don't worry, blue state snobs, many of you are fleeing high tax states then turn around and vote the same way you did before in your new home. Invasive species.

...If Republicans didn't suppress the black vote in red states, maybe those states would become blue and then you could ridicule the blue states for being so stupid.
But it's much easier to blame the blacks rather than Cletus and Brandine Spuckler...
but there have been a number of studies done on the IQ gap and race. He's some reading you might find interesting. The gap is alarming and actually has more to do with parental involvement when children were young but its far from a proven fact, also children growing up in middle class and above homes tend to score higher. Asian Americans actually test the highest in many categories, something I'm not really surprised by.
