Look at all the excellent advice from your fellow posters! I have nothing particular to add, except maybe that in a very sweet, intimate way, you might want to ask these women how they like to be dined upon prior to the deed. It's very possible that they are too sensitive and that these are involuntary movements/reactions.

Instead of the girl laying on her back, try the face sitting position with you on your back, the girl straddles your head and the girl is on top, controlling the point of contact. If it gets too direct, she can lift herself up and/or control the point and strength of stiumlation/your tongue.
