This is not a "New" Executive Order issued by Obama. Obama has been guilty of running roughshod over the Constitution many times, but this is certainly not one of them and has nothing to do with the "do nothing, block everything" Republicans.
What you are talking about is a perfectly legal amendment of an existing Executive Order, and quite frankly I don't have the slightest objection to it. I am all for equal rights, where I start to object is when laws create "special rights" and I say this as a minority myself. All I want is a "level" playing field, I don't need the Feds to squash my competition simply because they are white. I would hope that the LGBT community feels the same way, and is not pushing for "special rights"

In order for a minority group to have "special rights", they would have to have a right that's not granted to others. Do tell us, GaG, can you name a single one? Laws protecting people against discrimination isn't a right. It isn't even a "hand out". It's a law that prevents others from violating YOUR rights.
