anyone else been trying to deal with the onset of this curse?  Know any providers in Atl that are understanding and competent to deal with this problem

I have a regular client who has the disease. I have been seeing him for about two years. He was going to do some new innovative, yet brain invasive surgery last spring, but decided against it (he is a retired general practitioner MD). I haven't seen him in a few months, as his maid/nurse has become romantically involved with him ( I guess that is easier for him, although he has seen me after their change in status ). Our sexuality was pretty much restricted by his limitations to oral, so the intimacy was more important in his world, but he was always very up front about his expectations and limitations, so I could complement him, rather than being too pushy or cause discomfort.

I am more than comfortable helping you deal with this...I think it is very sexy that as we have health issues that we go out fighting to have a wonderful boost of what I call it has to be me.  Not going down without a fight...use it or you'll lose it.  Call it what it may, but sensuality changes and still needs to be fed with practice.
