Anyways I get to her place after traveling for over an hour on a hot day, call her when am there and she tells me she is running late, no problem it was my day off. She tells me it might take her 10-15-20 minutes to get ready, I say ok and just sit at a near by park and wait. Then after 15 minutes she calls and tells me she is starting to feel sick.
Ugh, I was upset, frustrated and I just hung up. She text back with apologies, but I just ignored her. Was I wrong?
Whether you were right or wrong is of no consequence. What you must realize that last minute cancellations go with the territory. It happens all the time. Just chalk it up to experience and if at first you don't succeed, try, try again. Good things come to people who wait.
Never cool to just hang up in this situation. By doing so, you told her to go to hell. She gave you chances to alleviate that, but you ignored her?
Were you wrong? Yes. Can you salvage things? Maybe...
You don't reward bad behavior with kindness. You did the right thing by ignoring her. Speak with your wallet and move on.

CORRECT and did nothing wrong. Those other hobbyist that say you are wrong are just Manginas who place providers on pedestals.
The FACT is she cancelled last minute on you before, then she knew you were there at her place the second time when she told you give her 15 - 20 minutes to get ready, then after 15 min. said she was feeling sick. She owes you an appology for watsing your time and day off. You should post her name/TER# so other hobbyist like us don't waste our time on her. Providers like her are just the same as hobbyist who NS/NC reputable established providers.

I have no problem if somebody cancels because they are sick,that's understandable. The problem for me was that she told me she would be ready in some 20 minutes because she was running late and made me wait another 15 on top of the time it had taken me to get to her place. Then mysteriously feels sick all of a sudden?
There was plenty of time to cancel the appointment if she was truly sick.
I was once crazy enough to end up with 5 no shows over around 15 months from one girl I was constantly trying to see. The last excuse, on a very very rainy day, was "It was raining so I didn't think I could be there on time." "Yeah, well I left early enough to be there on time AND I tried calling you several times but you didn't answer." She contacted me after a vacation to see if I wanted to see her: I said, no thanks.
I had another provider late cancel me once (1 minute from her door) due to 'verifiable' family emergency. She then NCNSed me on the followup due to "food poisoning". However, on the following follow-up she treated me very nicely in an extended session.
In your case:
1. Ignore, do not reply. In fact, after two late cancellations, don't bother with her any more.
2. Reply "As you can imagine, I'm kind of disappointed I didn't get to see you but I hope you feel better soon." Leaves the door open for another but non-obligatory attempt.
3. Reply "You wasted my time you stupid bee-yatch! I drove an hour ...rant, rant, rant!!!" would be WRONG and a lose-lose reply. You don't know the real circumstances, so vent elsewhere.
4. Additional scenarios are $50, 3 for $125
ignorant of the facts. She is probably like that provider who flaked on you. You should post her info so other hobbyist don't get flaked on by her. That is what this TER review board is for. To keep other hobbyist aware of flaky providers and to give great reviews to good providers.

If she was a reputable established provider then she would have cancelled when he first called. You need to wake up and stop making excuses for every flaky provider; unless you are that same type.
Don't think you were wrong to be upset since she strung you along with these 15 min delays. If she texted you after you hang up on her then she still wants to see you. You want to see her as well after she wasted your time. Thus you can reply to her text when your ready to see her. However, after 2 cancellations on you, especially on your most recent one, I'd probably move on. Too many nice women out there to give her a 2nd (or for that matter a 3rd chance).

We texted about 2-3 hours before my appointment. She wanted to see if we still were on and we texted back and forth.
Am guessing she may just not have been in the mood all of a sudden and flaked out. That's my best guess as to what happen unless she had another client who she preferred call her up and she chosen him.
I think what you have to realize is that just because you are willing to fork over a few sheckles
