Recognized that British accent cause I dealt one before long long long time ago. Now this English provider I called over the phone wants $500 bucks. Tried to get the price lower say $300.00. Still she won't budge on her price. What should I do?

You really are the New Boy on the Block. Elite providers (or hot ones) go for more than 300/hr (more like 400-600/hr. Most providers of any quality will not negotiate their stated price. Your best bet is to troll Backpage and hopefully find a diamond in the rough.
