Personally, I'd be cautious with providers who only advertise on BP, but I know of other hobbyists who have reported having positive experiences with providers on BP. This woman doesn't give her name, which would give me pause, but she also doesn't reveal her face, which would indicate that a bait-and-switch is unlikely. I've kicked this around for a while and while I usually arch my back up at any kind of blind ad like this, I think I'd be a heel to dismiss it entirely.

Not something to worry about in most cases. People move around and want to keep their original number to avoid having to tell all their contacts of their new number. Esp providers, so former clients can still get hold of them.
