Once again, the liberal "it's never my fault" mind twists events

The dictator made recess appointments which were unconstitutional,

That's why they are being nullified.

Maybe in their opinion they restated what the constitution says for the benefit of Obama who was smoking pot when he studied it.

Once again...the conservative mind fails to understand the complexities of the world, even this ruling.  The ruling simply stated that the manner in which Obama did the recess appointments was unconstitutional, and surprise, I agree with that. They did not say that recess appointments were unconstitutional, which the president can do while the Senate is not in session.

We have all heard the many declarations by the republican establishment and conservative media that the President Obama is actually King Obama and that he is a lawless president.  Speaker Boehner is contemplating suing the President, because the President isn't fully executing our Nation's laws, especially through the abhorrent amount of executive orders that the president issues.  The way the republicans whine, you would think that Obama has issued more executive orders than any other president.....wait for it....wait for it....EXCEPT THAT HE HASN'T, not even by a long shot.

Here are a few stats for you

   FDR: 3,522
   Truman: 907
   Nixon: 346
   Reagan: 381
   G.W. Bush: 291
   Obama: 168

This Obama guy is a real tyrant (insert sarcasm here)

I'd think he'd be interested to hear that, especially since he voted for him.

"I happen to agree with the president on many of his priorities and policies, but as I testified in Congress, I think that he has crossed the constitutional line.

one dip Obama would have had him out of that Mexican jail a month ago .

Obama is worthless !

Is it because that's all your source told you about?

The quantity of executive orders is just a piece of the issue. To understand what's going on now, one must examine also the quality of the orders as well as signing statements but most importantly, the actual enforcement (or lack thereof) of law and the fulfillment of the requirements of Article II of The Constitution.

A complete quote from John Boehner said as much but your source and you ignored all that.

If you'd REALLY like to understand the severity of the quality of Obama's executive orders, I suggest you look up a few (Wikipedia works just fine here), Then scan the text looking for references to federal law that his orders are based upon. The references will show up abbreviated as USC, short for US Code. You won't find many references, especially in his most sweeping orders. You also won't find many Constitutional justifications either.

One side note: Executive orders are typically used to instruct executive offices and agencies regarding enforcement of new laws or evolving conditions to older laws. One would expect fewer executive orders when Congress has not put much legislation forward (thanks to Harry Reid).

The real complaints are the unwritten instructions various agencies have been following that has resulted in the lack of enforcement of US law.

Lastly, I'm not 100% sure but I think this lawsuit will be unprecedented but then the President's actions and in-actions have also been totally unprecedented. A more appropriate action for The House to take would be to refuse to fund certain things. The problem with that approach is that Obama's lapdogs in the media would willingly crucify The House Republicans instead of telling the truth.

p.s. We haven't even included the concurrence of the 9 - 0 SCOTUS opinions stating Obama believes himself to be imperial.

and, in fact, is understated. The quantity of executive orders is pretty much irrelevant. No one disputes that he president has the  power to issue executive orders when the Constitution by implication so authorizes, or when Congress grants him that power.  And there may be another category or two if you believe the S.Ct. concurrence opinions.  As long as the EOs fall in these categories, it does not matter how many a president issues.

The problem is when the president issues executive orders on matters reserved to Congress, or not authorized by the Constitution. I think that is what Ed means when he speaks of the “quality” of the order, although his terminology is dreadful.

This is what Boehner’s lawsuit alleges, although he has yet to specify specific orders. There are a number of "transition relief" orders for Obamacare that are on the edge.

A waste of taxpayer money to fund the lawsuit? Of course, but in the unlikely event he can identify invalid executive orders, his lawsuit is not frivolous, notwithstanding that Mr. Obama has issued far fewer such orders than many presidents

You should study it sometime. Your legal opinions will flourish. Although don't let on to DA that you're interested in science. You might not be able to stand the eventual proselytizing headed your direction.

Even when I'm correct your need to insult me takes center stage.

The Republican party is a fucked up party.
Republicans are nothing more than a bunch of mother fuckers.
Republican women are dumb broads. Just look at Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachmann constantly spewing nonsense.
Republicanism is hazardous to your health. Over 4000 soldiers died because of a stupid dumb ass Republican president..George W Bush. Close to 3000 people died at the World Trade Center under Republican president George W. Bush's watch.
Republican President George W. Bush let Osama bin Laden get away.  It took Democrat President Barack Obama to kill the mother fucker bin Laden.

Unless you are wealthy and powerful, if you vote for a Republican, you really have your head up your ass !  If you vote for a Tea Party candidate, your I.Q. must be a zero. The Democrat Party is the way to go !!!

I can go on and on pointing out how fucked up the Republican Party is.

And by the way, if you watch FOX NEWS, you will get brain damage. Stay the fuck away from it !!!
