Wrong answer....She said she did not see this gentlemen. This is a fake review by someone trying to be an ass. Plain and simple. If she says she's already lost business then yes someone was influenced by it. This is a business just like any other, so to speak...and false advertising is unfair and ridiculously unnecessary.

We have a right to be treated fairly, and that doesn't mean that she should sit back and let herself be abused by someone.

Sometimes there are things that occur on these boards out of spite and out of someone just having a little too much time on their hands.

We have every right to have a review pulled when it is fake. There have been many times that proof is easily provided to show that the person is lying who placed the review. Its him who must prove he actually saw her. Usually that doesn't occur and this guy should be banned from TER for doing this.

How would you like someone to come to your job and say you falsified documents then no one would believe you when you said you didn't??? Think about it.

I am so pissed off and lost a lot of business. My latest review was an extremely false review about me. I contact TER twice about the matter and nothing came about. Do you guys have any advice?

the bad reviewer has only one other review, so most folks can see past this.  I wouldn't sweat it too much.  Doubt you lost too much business from this, and if you did, you probably did not want to see those gentlemen anyways.

Do you know if you met with him? Perhaps provide a rebuttal of the situation, and your view of the events that took place.  But I am not even sure that is necessary.  You have fairly consistent marks across the board.

Best of luck

You seem like a sweet girl, and I would like meet you.
So why isn't TER doing anything about it?

I've seen you before Serena, and this certainly wasn't my experience. But I HAVE had such a ripoff with another provider. Perhaps this fellow has mixed up your review with someone else.

Just keep on TER, and provide them the facts as you have them, and they should respond by pulling down the review.

Good luck.

but in my experience they have always come through and done the right thing.  Just give it some time.

By the way, a smart hobbyist knows that it is the totality of a lady's reviews that tell you how she is, not just the most recent review ...

So take heart!

just curious... the guy that gave serena the negative review, couldn't he possibly have some reason as to why his review was the way it was written? i mean that is a review right? one's experience put down in writing for all to see and base a judgement (good or bad) on? i don't know serena, but i have read her profile and i think i've seen her on eros. she seems legit by her reviews, but seems to lack some of the fundamental services to be classified as a GFE provider. who knows what happened between the two, or if there was even a meeting at all.  serena doesn't give much information pertaining to the meeting (i don't know if that would be at all necessary) but all she claims is that she received a false review.  well who is telling the truth? the reviewer or the provider? i m sure if serena did blow off the reviewer she could have had her reasons.. maybe she was scared or was uncomfortable with him.  and maybe the reviewer could be overly exaggerating his experience with serena and blowing this out of proportion? again, i am not trying to speculate or draw any opinion... just saying there are two sides to a conflict. and this is a conflict.  plus, i don't think TER should remove serena's negative comments.  i don't think she will ever be a 9/9 (nor does it seem like it to be her goal) and these kinds of incidents brings out one's perseverance. we all know the cliches... what doesn't kill you will only make you stronger. what goes around comes around. can't make lemonade with out lemons. stuff like this will only build or break one's character.

I completely understand  what you are saying. The detail about the meeting is that there wasn't one.

about their reviews. I actually believe that review. Looking at her reviews, I can see why. You don't necessary have good scores to begin with.

One thing I hate most is, a provider bitching that she is an 8 in appearance. Well, from the photos I see, you are an 8, and those guys lied about it. 8 is really hot, 9 is model material, and 10 is once in a lifetime. I see so many 10's, and looking at their pictures, those scores are inflated by the providers self persona. Those reviewers were influence by her and their reputation. Either by the price they paid for, expecting just because they paid her 2K automatically makes her a 10, or, her persona on the boards or elsewhere. She's no 10 in my book, and those scores are given away freely as though they were handouts.

I'm just tired of providers complaining about one damn point, they should be happy and appreciative that someone would even see them. Instead, they bitch about one point on the boards, and claiming that it's a fake review. Even with regularly scores such as 8/8, they are still unhappy.

There is a reason why the reviewer wrote you that review. Maybe you should learn from it. I've read it, and believed it. It's difficult to make something up like that. I am entitled to my opinion.

... a girl can stick up for herself. This is her bread & butter.

I can't imagine anyone will be influenced by it, in the context of her other reviews.
She's clearly not a ripoff (unless every one of her other reviews are fakes).
If they remove this review, I'm not sure what standard they would use going forward for making that decision.

She says she didn't see him, and he says she did.  It's just too easy for a provider to make that claim in response to a bad review, and I don't think we want to put the guys in the position of "proving" they saw the provider ("Excuse me... May I have a receipt for that?"

TER doesn't work on a "burden of proof basis," and no one is given extra credibility.

Maybe they should allow providers to post a rebuttal, that stays with the review.  That would be more reasonable than removing a review solely on a provider's say-so.

If people don't believe you when you deny the bad review, then that's a problem of a different nature.

It would be nice if ter implemented a feature that allows providers and VIP members to put up comments/replies on reviews. This can provide voice to providers and allow us to expose fake reviews...

You are very welcome. I'm a no nonsense kind of girl and bs is just a waste of time. We're all grown here, or suppose to be and games aren't necessary.

Do any providers read a bad review and try to learn from it and improve? Obviously if it's fake there's nothing you can do about it.  If you do treat this as a business then you need to take in the feedback and if there is some truth to it, figure out what went wrong or at least try to put yourself in your client's shoes.

Just curious, has you tried contacting the poster thru TER to find out why he gave you such a bad review?

Interesting, did he provide any insight into his rant?

These are all general questions, and you don't have to explain them. But, leaving not being able to produce a brief constructed response does make a person wonder.

I can't speak for you but I can say I recently saw a review for a girl that I did give a bad review to 2 years because that is how it happened. She had really good reviewss and I was quite surprised on how bad the whole thing went. She started telling others it was fake and her latest review at that time asserted that. Well it wasn't fake and I pm'd him to let him it is true and  honest review and offered up the texts from her to prove it. I never heard back.
