Last night I read an article on our favorite subject, prohibition of the hobby and in the Comments section that followed, spotted this:

At a guess he's using (from the article linked below) the section about how the Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act established that websites and publishers can be charged with sex trafficking if any "victim" is found to have advertised there. This includes classified ad sites (think CL or BP) and even social media services like Twitter or Facebook.
I put "victim" in quotes because of how widely LE stretches that term: they don't permit someone to willingly engage in sex work. Instead, they have to be a victim.
Yes I read an article not to long ago where they were saying that a woman CANNOT chose to engage in sex work. They qualified by saying websites like bp and craigslist have "normalized" sex work so much that they have brain washed women into thinking sex work is ok. According to public policy here in Ca the lay on the land is that the public is concerned with health and safety of the worker, hence the LA city and LA county condom's in porn laws. The public voiced it's opinion when it voted for condom use. The vote was the voice of the public and that voice is public policy. There was over 60% support.
In 2016 there will be a state ballot test of the same thing. I predict similar results. People care about worker safety and hate exploitation.
The public policy of today is health and safety of the worker, consent, and animals. The public is not concerned with the consideration in the contract but the terms.
