You can always contact them directly and ask for an explanation and give a more detailed explanation of why they should be combined. But you never know. There was one time when the pics in the ads in the two profiles were clearly the same provider and they still wouldn't do it.
I've never had trouble getting duplicate provider profiles merged, but TER twice declined to combine these:

They've sometimes asked for more evidence, but never declined without explanation before. Is that new, or was I just lucky?
For example, email ID, phone, and/or photo(s) that are the same in both profiles. Here you don't have any of that, plus much of the descriptive info is different. So I can understand why your report was rejected, without more evidence.

TER ID: 299571 and TER ID: 197309 Should be linked one in the same person. I have personally seen Marlayna many times. I just seen her last on 9/23/16 and I reviewed her back in 10/2012 and she is not Latina as stated on TER ID: 197309 she is Native American.
Got it changed to native american when I tried, But still did not link the 2 together
Maybe her boyfriend/neighbor outed or harassed her. Why bother her if you see her all the time? Not nice.
