I have over half a dozen local regulars, and a few traveling ones as well.  Some I've know over 25 years now

I have several regs. (6)  that I see but I still see about one new lady each month.  The regs. I can count on for a quality session but the new strange is always something to look forward to.  Most of the time they can't compare to my reg's but it still is an adventure each month. I am 75 years old and I truly believe that this hobby is keeping me young.

I searched for and found a couple of "Favorites".  No more prescreening-no more wondering what to expect---etc.....Works for me !

... there's a problem with that.  My long-time ATF became over time a close friend. I know her SO, a great guy. I have an SO I love. And this provider is good at her job.  I mean really really good.  And she's a wonderful person.  So I see my ATF regularly, at least once a month, but also see other providers, as a reminder to both of us that my relationship with my ATF, outside of our friendship which is strictly platonic, is and always will be professional.

I love the excitement of meeting someone new, but I also like the familiarity and companionship of someone I know well. I tend to have several ladies I repeat with at various intervals, and others I seek out in-between

Preface:  I am two decades older than your "online age" and started having sex in the 1970's (with perhaps 10 women in that decade).  The 1970's were the "Golden Age of Sex".  I will not explain why in this post; you can do the research.

Response to your question:

In the 12 years I have been a VIP at TER I have had the pleasure of being naked with around 80 women.  There have been a few I have sessioned more than once, but there is no provider I have sessioned more than four times (though there are 3-4 I would see several times a year if my entertainment budget were sufficiently flush).

Elaborating:

1)  I no longer have the male "horny urge" to have a female-produced orgasm. Usually I have to "force myself" to get in the frame of mind to donate pieces of green paper so that I can have some skin-on-skin time with a lady.

2)  Because my focus is no longer on ejaculation, it is on enjoying the endless variety in female bodies and to observe (and help them achieve) their orgasm.  Often, I spend more time attempting to bring a lady to orgasm than she spends helping me achieve mine.

The extreme example:  I knew from reading reviews that a provider needed very light and long stimulation in order to reach orgasm.  (Most reviewers gave up; I viewed her as a challenge.)  When I arrived at her location,  I put down enough paper to cover 1.5 hours because I knew one hour would not be enough.  It took 45 minutes of very light "tongue massage" (I do tongue exercises) and her giving me instruction as to what she needed to reach orgasm, which ended up being one of the most explosive ones I have had the pleasure of helping produce.  (Only once have I produced a female-crying-orgasm, which was with a "civilian".)

3)  What is most erotic for me are female "suckable" parts:  nipples, labia, and clit.  A lady with only average reviews who has been blessed with those parts (who therefore must have explicit naked photos uploaded) will often be selected before one with great reviews but whose parts are not easily "suckable".

4)  Menu:  a lady with an expansive ("GFE" is often "puffing" and not accurate) menu is also important.  I will choose a lady who provides CIM even if her appearance ratings are average and her relevant body parts are not all that "suckable".  (If TER would put its performance-point-system up for a vote, I would vote for CIM enabling the awarding of two additional points.)

FYI, since CIM seems to not be on your menu:  I have sessioned two providers in their 50's (and talked with a third online) who swallow.  They have been providing for a decade and more and have told me that their test results were always "negative".  I bring my printed test results to sessions.

5)  My slogan:  "Nothing man-made on a woman".

Because I want to experience Mother Nature's wonderful creations in "Version 1.0", I prefer to donate to ladies who do not have implants, body hardware (especially not on the nipples), or tattoos.  That is becoming more difficult now that younger (under 60?) women seem to have few concerns about "decorating" and "enhancing" their bodies.  

6)  "Back to the Future":  women who can take me back to the 1970's receive the highest priority.  Any lady in that category would qualify for being a "regular".

I seem to be in the majority as I tend to have 1-2 ladies that I love to repeat with, but can't (and won't) get over the idea that the occasional new experience provides the proverbial "spice of life." Now, If you are ever in the Chicagoland area make sure to let us know...you seem to be just the right spiceiness

The vast majority of ladies do not spend their whole life in the hobby. In fact, for the most part, the turnover is fairly high. So when you find a favorite, you know that sooner or later, it's going to end. When I have a favorite, and sometimes it's favorites, unless they're busy, I generally see them. When the favorites have moved on to the next stage of their lives, one has to see a variety of different ladies. Then, when you least expect it, you have a new favorite, and she monopolizes most of your time and money.  

I usually have one or two favorites. There was a time when I had five favorites. That's just how it worked out, but it was really hard. I couldn't make the rounds fast enough. But it was fun trying. One thing is for sure, I was never bored with five favorites.

I like having 1-2 favorites, but I also like seeing new providers to add in some variety.  Regulars and/or ATFs are always nice, since I'm almost guaranteed to have a great session and setting up dates are always a breeze.

Although both of my favorites are in another state, since I've been doing most of my hobbying when I traveling for work/vacation.  I did have one local ATF who retired a few years ago, so I really need to find another regular closer to home.

They all offered slightly different services & if one was unavailable, I had other preapproved choices.  I did occasionally see others that I thought might be potential Favorites...  I regret not keeping seeing potentials when I hit a dry spell because now my list is too short.

I haven't really found an aft yet and I like the variety so far. I know there are a few I will go back to though and perhaps they'll become atfs.

I have a regular or two at home, however, when I'm traveling I usually look for a new friend.

Agree with most of the replies,  I have a couple of ATFs that are semi UTR and  about 3-4 x/yr, I try someone new, but I have to be visually motivated because set up time and screening takes time and some hassle.  

Last time I saw someone new, I made a strategic mistake.  I saw her after seeing my ATFs the previous 2 weeks.  She was not my type and performance was pretty sub-par, and I needed to go back to my regular to get the taste out of my mouth, so to speak!

Lesson learned, see someone new first in a sequence.

I have seen one lady for 25 years..she moves and changes phones alot, but somehow we connect again and again. Nice to have someone you know and trust. But I enjoy all women and occasional ts just so I can feel the high or low of the new connection.

I have a few favorite ladies hat I know I enjoy spending time with and enjoy.  Seeing someone new means taking a chance and wondering if I will have fun and will it be money well spent.  That said, I do on occasion see someone new.  However, someone new is often a friend of my ATF and with her present as well.
