Good advice
Without going into the gory details and listing the stupidities involved, I got busted. The LE was using a provider that is reviewed here so I thought I was OK. Many lessons learned. My question is, she already has another ad up on BP. Do I out her there, review her here, or do nothing? If I do anything, are there repercussions like witness intimidation or tampering? Any advice is welcome.

Then ask him your questions. Don't make your soliciting situation worse by soliciting advice.

Sorry about what happened to you. I can't advise on whether to out her or not. Can you give us some specifics as to what transpired without naming the provider? How'd you book the date? did you talk to her before hand, or was it all email? what happened on the day at the in-call? Was LE already in the room, did they come in through an connecting door from another room, was the girl actually there, when did they initiate contact during the session. Your lessons learned, etc.
Anything you can share for us to learn from this would be helpful. (like city even) Again, I'm sorry this happened to you and maybe others more experienced than me can state whether naming the provider is appropriate.
All communication was done by text, LE was in the room when I got there as well as the provider. From what was said I am assuming the LE had something else on the girl and coerced her into cooperating. As for lessons learned, if it doesn't feel right, walk away.

Flipping is relatively infrequent, but when it does happen, it's important to let us know. That's one reason to pay attention to these local boards.
And also if you could detail your mistakes, it will be very valuable to others.

The girl that flipped on me is Chloe in Lewiston. She has been working for a while with another girl who is also in her latest ad. I have no way of knowing if she is still working with LE.

The BP post was an automatic post. When you place an ad on BP for a number of days, then it comes up by itself in the wee hours of the morning; whether or not the poster wants it to be placed again. Auto pilot. Yea, I'd say mentioning partying and 420 is a good incentive to LE. And how did she screen you over the cell phone? If she didn't ask for verification or screening from you, that couldn't of been a good sign of things to come.
But really- it seriously makes me so mad this happens to people - this type of LE dollars, time and muscle is a ridiculous waste of resources.
No provider I know sets up appointments by text with someone that they haven't already met + most well established providers do require some sort of screening. You said she had reviews and you are right as I found them, and not only are they bad reviews, there are 4 reviews and 2 of them are copies of the other reviews yet they are posted by 4 different TER members. I find usually the phone conversation or the texts is actually what gets people arrested as too many people seem to think electronic devices are private.
I am sorry this happened to you, and depending on what you text and what you said may have everything to do with whether you have a chance in fighting this case.

Many years ago I got busted in Boston.It sucked real bad. They posted my name in the paper my wife found out etc etc. The hardest part was the public humiliation. I was told at the time if I fought it and was convicted it could be considered a sex crime..meaning I am a sex offender. I really don't buy that premise but I didn't want to find out.
They will give you a continuance with out finding for 30 days and maybe a HIV class. Really know big deal. But ppl will look and judge thats for fucking sure. good luck man!!!
That's my friend. Her ad reposted this morning with some changes, so I don't think it's on auto-pilot. I don't know how to put out a warning without possibly having my ass a little deeper into the wringer.
