No one hooks up on TER... it is just one of many tools to help you hobby with less risk. Use a verification service like P411 or Date-Check. Research who you see on TER (read reviews, check out reviewers, PM reviewers for info) and other hobby boards. Steer clear of BP gals you cannot research. Do more outcall than incall. Never discuss services unless you are both naked in the room together; this isn't an issue if you researched. And the golden rule: Silence is golden. If you encounter LE, STFU. Has anyone ever been arrested by L/E (law enforcement) ? I am guessing it would be a lot easier from back page ads then TER...

What is the process like after the arrest, can you get out of jail without contacting your family ( imagine you have to call your wife to bail yourself out..... ) Can you bail yourself out & how long would this process take? a few hours? half a day? the whole day? or overnight stay? Do you have to have an attorney to bail you out (if you do maybe we should all have some attorney's # in our phone just in case?
What happens after you get out? the plead, the arraignment, etc... Is there a record, will your employer find out?
I know that just a few months ago there was a big L/E sting in Nassau county that nab like 120 johns ( doctors, attorneys, teachers, blue collar, etc ). And they posted all their names and the town that they reside in on the internet...just Google it.
It is funny that all 120 pleaded not guilty....wonder what happen to them...And how much this whole mess cost the johns.....

All your pointers are well noted. I just want to be prepared just in-case I do get busted by POPO. More then STFU, I would like to be out of jail/home without the W knowing what happened. I guess I am asking for an attorney's advise. I am in NYC, if there is an attorney that practiced in NYC & knows the in/out of the criminal system. Please PM me your info.

If questioned by LE ask if you are free to go. If not, declune to answer without first speaking to counsel. That should cut shot fishing expeditions.
No one has ever talked there way out of a sting but many people have talked thenselves into an arrest. if they are aresting you, they think they have enugh information... for gosh sakes don't give them more! The less you say, the more wiggle room your lawyer will have to work with. Remain silent but don't ever tell a lie to LE (that's a separate crime if they can prove it).
Oh, yes, if the pictures are too good to be true & the rate is low... be suspicious! bail & switch or sting! Yet horny guys stand in line to get in there
Seeing all of these arrests going on nobody can tell me that being involved with escorts is not a very risky business regardless of good reviews or not. All you have to do is get arrested once and then, life as you knew it, could be over. There are some guys who don't have much to lose and, thus, have a very cavalier attitude to all of it. But, for most of us we do have everything to lose.
I'm wondering with these LE stings whether it is with the cooperation of the provider or without their knowledge. Since, I imagine, most stings occur in hotel rooms where it is easy for LE to set up and make an arrest without many legal ramifications. To set up a sting in a provider's apartment or house would require the full cooperation of the provider and an apartment or house that is large enough for the LE officers to conceal themselves. Most apartments and houses would require an extensive set up process and could involve the neighbors. That is why I feel that outcall to your apartment or hotel would have the least possibility for LE involvement. There are so many extenuating factors in trying to setup a sting in a customers own place, that I can't see it being even considered by LE. I would imagine the combination of having the provider outcall to your place and dealing with providers that are well reviewed should cover just about all bases with LE involvement.
but you seem to want some kind of guarantee that you well never get arrested doing this and the only that can be guaranteed is by NOT seeing hookers at all, or only seeing hookers in places where it's not illegal to do so, which of course rules out 99% of the USA.
So let me repeat, unless you are someone famous and being targeted due to your fame or you have enemies, outcall from a well reviewed provider is your safest option. I would further suggest that you don't have hookers to your house, and that you rent a hotel room for the occasion. For the record though, I have seen literally thousands of hookers and have never been arrested, but you asked for what is your safest option, and that's the best I can think of.
Pay him/her for an hour of their time. Say this "I have a friend who is doing something that worries me..." then explain that "he" hobbies. Pay in cash, too. The lawyer will know exactly what is going on, but the job is to pretend they don't, so no problem and no need at all to be more discrete or creative.
The lawyer will first say that you should tell your friend to stop breaking the law, and then explain what you need to do if you are busted, and suggest that you always keep their card in your wallet.
Whether you actually go to see a lawyer, the answers to your questions are:
1. Keep your mouth shut. Express surprise and confusion and ask to call your lawyer.
2. Keep a lawyers card with you at all times, and when confronted by LE, call that lawyer as soon as you can.
This is true in most cases with LE - if you happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, no matter how totally innocent you know you are, see a lawyer before you talk much. I would tend to listen, maybe say a little if it is a situation where I genuinely have no idea what is going on and was not doing anything illegal, but that can be risky. Always safer to shut up and lawyer up.
Yes, there is a high likelihood your name will be posted publicly by LE, so you should also work on an explanation for that. Not that there is a good one. But if you shut up and lawyer up, the odds of you being convicted of anything are very low.
