I don't know Jay but I do know some others from the current Dreamgirl lineup.  One of them looks really familiar but I think she changed her name.  NYC KMPs are very similar with similar services.  You're fine to go with your favorite pictures but most of the girls are pretty (with more above average and fewer below average) and service is mostly okay non-GFE.  You have to hit the right chemistry with whoever you pick and who knows if that will be Jay or Coco or someone else.  There are lots more KMPs, so check them out and check the reviews for details.  There's a website by dollarbill-ny that has a pretty good survey (but ONLY of his paid up advertising customers; no Dreamgirl at dollarbill-ny)
