hard to come by. But for the record here is what I consider a true GFE
The attitude [1] Bright and verbally engaging [2] Professional but not mechanical [3] Time management without being a clock watcher [4] Understands it's not just about sex [5] Knows how to prepare herself and the room [6] Knows proper appearance for outcalls. Varies with locale. [7] As one of my DC first and faves use to say...."good in the room". [8] Most of all....GFE is a matter of mutual pleasure
The menu [1] Kissing...at least LFK [2] BBBJ [ I can actually be OK with CBJ if all other factors are there...but most hobbyist insist that BBBJ is a criteria for GFE rating] [3] Energy [4] Eye contact [5] Multiple positions [6] Playfulness [7] Post romp engagement....afterglow
I think it is really more about attitude and demeanor than the menu. Nothing overcomes a rushed or crappy attitude. And there is always that factor than is impossible to fake ....chemistry.
IMO BBBJ and DFK are both deal breakers for GFE. Without it...you may as well pass. I find it's also good to book at least 2 hours of time with the provider if you don't want it to be "mechanical". Things go much more smoothly that way. Be prepared to pay more. If the provider is good the you'll be willing to pay that extra with no problem.

GFE is a bullshit marketing term that, as you point out, has no universal meaning. There is no clearing it up, because 99.999% of the people who misuse the term won't read this thread.
I have found that globally, there is only one time that GFE means the same thing to everyone.
If you see it in a review, it means the client was happy with the service and recommends the lady.
That's it. Anything other than that is useless.
Example of just how misunderstood the term is.
I have seen girls who thought GFE simply means they provide FS. I saw one girl that only gave massages and used the term GFE because she did it topless. I've seen guys use the term about girls in brothels, simply because the girl did BBBJ.
For me, I think of a girl as a GFE if she makes me feel as though she is so into me that she'd do me for free if we met under different circumstances. But that's just me.
I think this sums it about up for me. If you can make a client feel this way, I think you can live up to the all opposing standards of GFE. Even though I offer all of the menu items as discussed in all GFE discussions, plus more, I think reading my reviews and hearing back from my client, I ultimately provide this below discussed feeling.

We extensively discussed this term on USG once. I think the general consensuses was that in order to be classified as GFE a provider must provide certain basic services. For example if she doesn't do DFK she is not GFE, no matter what else she does. That is pretty much backed up by TER reviews too. Several times when reading the reviews on this board I saw remarks like "she kisses but not with tongue so I'm not saying that she is complete GFE but... blah-blah-blah". That about sums it up. I don't think BBBJ and CBJ necessarily fall under the term but am not 100% sure on it.
Once it is established that the provider is GFE then the reviewer would expand on how good of the GFE she is. If she is not GFE she still may get great reviews though because because of her attitude looks or what not because there are many hobbyists who don't consider being GFE as a prerequisite of seeing someone, also there are quite a few hobbyists that just don't like to kiss too.
So to summarize it seems to me that the term GFE has mostly to do with kissing.
