I don't think you can expect to recieve any specific recommendations of a lady who might tickle your fancy since you are new, but here are some suggestions to help you find what you are looking for.
First off, decide what matters most to you. Are there any paricular services that you feel a lady really needs to be willing to do (or not do) for you? For example is BBBJ versus CBJ a deciding point for you? What about DATY? Also, what about appearance? How important are her looks to you?
Once you have some ideas about what you are looking for, start searching reviews using the criteria that you have decided is important to you, and start reading the reviews. I am certain you will probably come across many women who will pique your interest.
Since this will be your first time, I can't stress enough to only go with a lady who has several reviews - there is no consensus on exactly how many reviews are necessary for a lady to be "well reviewed", but at least half a dozen or more in my opinion, with at least half of those reviews coming from gentlemen who themselves have a long list of reviews.
When you contact the lady, be open that this will be your first time seeing a provider (we love that) and be willing to provider her with whatever information she needs to feel safe meeting you.

I'm the mod here, and normally would not approve this type of tell who I should see post, as they are not in line with board policy, and are more appropriate on the regional boards.
However, the budget you mention raises some interesting questions and could be could be good for conversation.
Just what do you want for that $$$$ budget? If you are in socal, you may see an recognizable pornstar for an hour. You could also have an hour duo with two fantastic ladies, if that is your thing. That budget would covere a 2 or 3 hour visit with many well respected TER gals. It would also cover 1 hour visits with 2 or 3 well respected TER gals. Unfortunately, it would also attract the golddiggers.
You have to think about, and decide, what you want before you suggest, or consider a price. IMHO, unless you want to have sex with an actual pornstar, paying $$$$ for an hour is way too much, but you will easily find ladies willing to accept this.
I am sorry to sound stupid, but I would always read $$$$ to mean 400, but from what you posted it seems you are talking about 1.000. Which is it?

Region DOES have a lot to say in what $$$$ will get you. However; recommendations by the brethren would be temerarious in respect to your lack of history and accountability. Any o'l yahoo can register on this site in less than 5 minutes and that goes for LE (Law Enforcement) also. The altruistic recommending of a favorite gal to a member with no reviews and/or discussion board history can be dangerous to the provider and hobbyist alike.
It is much like entering the job market. Until you prove some initiative, take some chances, endure some hard knocks and prove your accountability people aren’t just gonna give you the keys to the executive motor pool.

PM reviewers who have already reviewed a gal who strikes your fancy,
Then write your own reviews on your experiences.

and a decision you alone should make - not that we could recommend someone anyway as you have not indicated where you are located.
I would just suggest, you follow postings on your local board... research providers in your area carefully, and make the choice.
