I'm coming to NYC and I see a few outcall Asian agencies. They say their rates are $260, but does anybody know if they upsell?
In that case, you are talking about a woman walking away with $130 (or less if the driver comes partially out of her share) AND she came to you.
The math would say upsell or "tip" is expected, but this would not be first hand experience.
