Without revealing too much...  

We actually discussed the psychology behind it, and why he fantasizes about it. He wasn't 100% sure, so we took some time to talk about it, and after we discovered some things, it opened the doors to an even deeper fantasy role play - acting out in such a way that we could feel more comfortable playing out the roles.  

Knowing where the fantasy comes from, (to an extent,) and what he wants to get out of it really helps accomplish the goal.  

Open Minded GFE is exactly what this means. Being willing to see things for what they really are, void of judgement on another's fantasy. After I left, I went over the session in my mind, and also with a couple other providers. I was able to work out in my mind not only this fantasy, but others as well... some people aren't comfortable acting these things out due to the nature of it - and I get it - but again, knowing why it's there changes the whole dynamic.
