I think now a days most girls use PSE to describe more of that high energy type of experience. If you do a search for PSE in the NY ad board 46 ads come up in the past 30 days. I don't think 46 ads would be so indiscreet. To figure out which ones mean BBFS you'll have to go through a lot of trial and error.
