Seriously, UTR means UNDER THE RADAR. That means, don't blab to other people. If she wants folks to know, she will either start advertising all over the place or she will tell those she wants to know and cares to see. I do not know who the gal is and don't want to know, unless she tells me herself

I know ladies do this all the time when for various reasons they don't want to publicly advertise their presence.
Though I stick pretty much to massages, there are some who prefer to operate UTR or change names (sometimes locations) because they simply don't want the attention. They prefer a few quality (steady) clients instead of running a production line. On a couple of occasions there have been guys who just have the urge to broadcast, and I don't understand. I assume if a girl wants to be found and called upon, she will advertise. If not, then she wants to operate UTR. How hard is it to respect this wish? And it's not hard at all to ask a woman if she does or doesn't want reviews or referrals.
Not sure what the situation is here, but the fact the OP will tell people in a PM and not on the board leads me to think perhaps the woman prefers UTR.

Yes, the original post is unclear. He said the provider just surfaced, so maybe they're no longer be "under the radar." Or if they are still UTR, that might mean they're relying on word of mouth instead of ads, a website, and such. Does UTR mean the same to everyone?
Please clarify if the provider is still UTR or is running ads. If she's running ads then why the secrecy about who she is? If she's UTR then what is the purpose of your post? Unless she OK'd what you are doing, giving out info about her to others is not cool.
