It is very unlikely that the cops will send someone to your home just to bust you for jacking off old dudes. Cops prefer doing stings at a hotel. That way they have more control over the environment and they make multiple arrests. It is way more cost effective and safe for the cops.
One more thing to add. Please don't provide in your actual residence. I would get a hotel room or an apartment. This is for your safety. You don't want a lot of random dudes knowing your actual home address.
If you screen then you shouldn't have any issue with the cops.
The "probable cause" can just be about anything the cops say. "I smell marijuana" seems to be a common one used by cops. DONT LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE WITHOUT A WARRENT. And never "step outside" to talk to them. They are looking for an excuse to cuff you and go in you house. After all, you smell like marihuana. You can talk to them through a locked door or better yet just say, "TALK TO MY LAWYER. I DONT SPEAK TO THE POLICE."

Zoning, business premises without required EXIT markings, fire extyinguishers, fire alarm systems (in my jurisdiction, due to Station Nighclub Fire fire codes all updated)
Massage without licence. (Pending Legislation here defining body rubs & adding requirements for practioners)
LMTs are considered medical professionals... subject to a code of conduct. Several have told me that even having too many buttons unfastened would be considered a violation. Not to mention adult services. Any sexual touching is a violation.
A few years ago, a FBSM provider here on TER was cited by city authorities before any massage was given, for a laundry list of violations, with high fines & expensive remidies. The only solution was to move.
I know one FBSM gal, now retired, who had modified her INCALL to correct business standards... but was very careful about who she admitted. She may have retired ratherthan deal with the new regulations.
So a lot depends on local ordinances & regulations... and whether your location enforces them. Some jusidictions may be less concerned with FBSM but where I am, they are portraying MPs as if they are all Brothels. You might become a target for LE simply because it's hard to discern advertizing.
I like FBSM services... but they should be as cautious as a FS provider. Stings generally target "low hanging fruit"... easy pickings with little effort. But make no mistake... a citizen complaint... or a TV expose` as has happened here... LE will have no choice but to bust.
