(note from the jazz32 - I usually edit the subject line of posts I don't approve (which was my original intent with this), simply as a reminder to myself.  This post has been restored to the original.  The subject line and body are as I first saw them).

o i understand i wasnt asking for one i was just curious as to weather they exist i felt as though people were accusising me of looking for one i do appoligize as i did not hink i wrote that, but i guess im going crazy

But indicating curiosity implies indicating some level of interest.

Hope you had a great Spring Break in Montreal, a fantastic city.

But the clear message you have received:  to play you must be of legal age, and your playmates also need to be of legal age.

not a great idea unless the escort is 18 or 19 etc, depending on which state.

in new jersey for example, i believe its okay to see someone if the minor is within 4 years of age and over 13. so for example if he's 17 in new jersey, i believe you could see someone thats 20. something around those lines, i forget the statute but i read it a while ago in my studies.

but i wouldnt advise this and as always, check the laws of the state regarding minor/consensual relationships and age requirements etc..

In addition to what has been said already:

1) Arranging an escort for someone else is not a good idea; everyone has their own tastes and expectations, and deserves to make their own choice.

2) OK, you’re in Canada, and I don’t know what the age one becomes legally sexually active there.  I would expect that your plan would be viewed by LE like buying cigarettes or alcohol for those under age.  Even worse, in most US jurisdictions, I’d expect that a “Contributing to the delinquency of a minor” charge could be made.

3) Even in liberal (in my mind reasonable) Canada, I’m sure that LE could find an issue with you acting as a third-party to arrange a meeting between consenting adults, assuming that your brother is considered an adult  under law.

BTW – you’ve probably noticed that your 2nd question (has anyone seen a 17 year old provider?) hasn’t been posted.  I’m sure that some have, but given the legalities, they won’t admit it.

dude, you just posted your recent "My first time with a provider (not happy)", 2 threads above this one ...

maybe you should sort yourself out first before getting someone under 18 involved (let alone your brother for crying our loud)....

OK so i sorted this out and it wasnt the greatest idea, but i think i may have mislead u guys into thinking that i was looking for a 17 year old provider, i might have used the wrong words but i do not condone underage girls being escorts

I decided to let you 2nd post pass through.

Look up a few rows, the very first reply "Re:ID".  Did I misrepresent your question (other than limiting it to 17 year olds, rather than under 18)?  Did I misunderstand you?

. . . I think all of us understood what you meant but as a provider myself I would not see a 17 year old boy, just as a hobbiest should not see a 17 year old escort.

A minor is a minor and it's illegal and immoral to engage either a boy or a girl, as provider or as hobbiest.

Setting someone else up with a provider is a bad idea to start with, but especially if you are still working on finding yourself your first 'happy' experience.
