I saw a woman jogging around a very popular Mpls lake with black shorts and a P and a number. Makes sense when on P4, there she is. This means nothing to the civi's, but is a beacon to us in the hobby. Love the cloak and dagger
I'll need to make three shirts starting with P, TER, and DC!
