I suggest getting a P411 membership if you don't already have one. They have an "available now" ad section that lets you see providers who are advertising same day availability. Might be a good place to start.
I have tried that and filled out the forms for an appointment. Still doesn't work

Planning is also hard for me because of my job, but there are few providers who I have seen previously who I will email last minute.
I make it clear that I realize it likely isn't possible, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
There are also some providers who offer massage and FS. Several of them advertise massage on BP and if they post that day, there is a chance they are available.
