I once had this happen with a client of mine. It's really unfortunately when your trust is broken like that. Fortunately, I would imagine her purpose is just for safety. But it isn't a move I would make. A camera doesn't provide much safety, just getting out clients does.
I hope nothing comes of this and I'm sorry you had to deal with that. Completely unacceptable.

A person has a more than reasonable expectation of privacy in either situation so she should be barred from sharing that video from anyone unless she agrees to split the royalties with you from the sale of the 'accidentally' leaked sex tape.
