I know that circumstances (weather, first date vs. old friends, meeting at your place vs. your traveling) enter into it. I've seen a wide range, from impeccable (and form-fitting) suits to cocktail dresses to summer dresses to jeans with sweaters to men's dress shirts (and little else) to translucent robes (with nothing else) to lingerie in various forms to just a thong to less than just a thong. It all worked. 
That seduces me, excites me, and revs up my engine as we move along in the session.

I recently met a provider at a hotel and she greeted me in lingerie... She looked very good! But then about about 3 weeks later I met her again at her normal incall location and she came down to let me in and she was wearing a pair of short shorts and loose fitting top w/bra under. I just about fell over! Seeing her in 'street clothes' was amazing... Especially since I knew that they were going to be coming off shortly! Now I'm smitten.
So my vote is casual!
