OK this is my first post, and newbie at the hobby. Need suggestions on a provider, have contacted one, but she wants 3 references from providers..... Please Help (Tucson)

you won't get suggestions for specific providers, but you will find help and suggestions on how to clear this hurdle.
Here is the first one. The Phoenix (found in the Regional Boards dropdown list to the left), is quite friendly. A number of the gals there visit Tucson, and there are a few guys from Tucson that post there. I seen on many occasions a newbie posting to ask if any of the ladies are willing to give him a chance. You'd be surprised at the the number of providers that say "contact me, we may be able to work this out." Just be aware that you will likely to be asked for ALOT of personal info.

Another option is to join a service like Date Check or RS2000. Search here on this board for more info.
Hi, did you try explaining to her it was your first time and you'd read her reviews, etc. (If you have.) Perhaps if you really want to meet this girl you could see if she would meet you for coffee for a reasonable fee and you could provider her with other acceptable references.
Wasn't Phoenix or Tucson where the sherrif's vice squad was having sex with the girls, then busting them after the fact a year or two ago? In light of that you can probably understand why she is very carefull.
If not, there's lots of fish in the ocean.
