A newer client of mine wrote a review for me but it didn't post within 72 hours. I told him how to check "Account Manager" to see what the problem was. He did that and fixed some errors and resubmitted it. It has not shown up yet, and when he checks Account Manager, under Status it says deferred, but under comment it says Posted. What does "Deferred" mean? It has not shown up yet under my reviews or on the New Reviews page. Thanks!
I had the same problem. Deferred, according to TER, means it has been passed on to someone who needs to verify something about the review. Basically it is being checked by another person and will eventually approved or rejected.
You seem to be very interested in him posting the review and checking the progress. Posted but then Deferred could be nothing, but it has been handed over to a senior staff member. Many times they are checking IP addresses, etc. to see if any colusion or if you assisted with the review, which would be a big no-no. Hopefully not but I would not have him press the issue if it does not show up.
