You can book a room with a prepaid gift card (visa/master) or if you stay in hotel's for business get the rewards from that chain of hotel. Then use the rewards for hobby booking or most hotel reward you can get gift cards for that chain.

I have not figured out how to get a room without paper trial so I am unable to book out calls (at 4 or 5 stars hotels). Beside sticking to well reviewed providers, I also try to book appointments through P411. I do not see porn stars because I don't feel the urge and I think they are higher risk (as far as STD is concerned). I also do not search BP for providers because it's too hard to find a well reviewed providers there for LA, CA area. I think the key is try not to be the low hanging fruit.

I am not an attorney but rules to this game that I abide by and thought I would just share for other Hobbyist or those just getting started.  These rules are for  your general protection.  Again just my personal rules I have educated on and discovered in genera:

1.  Find an attorney who specializes in criminal and put him on retainer. This will cost you several hundred or even a few thousand dollars, but it can make a significant difference as you're moved through the various phases of the justice system. Memorize his phone number so that when you're arrested and finally allowed a phone call, you can call him to come get you out of jail.

2.  Memorize the phrase "I don't want to talk to you without an attorney." You should know this better than breathing, this should be your mantra when you're dealing with a cop and under any sort of criminal suspicion. The "Anything you say can and will be held against you" part of the Miranda WARNING means exactly that, except that everything you say will be used against you in court.

3.  Don't set yourself up for additional charges. For example, if you're going to visit an in-call prostitute, don't bring your gun or your stash of cocaine with you(or even marijuana for that matter). When you're arrested, they will happily and gleefully pile on additional charges for things like illegally carrying a concealed weapon or possession of narcotics.

4.  There may also be a few things you should do that are specific to the situation at hand to protect your property. For example, don't drive your most expensive BMW to your "appointment", because the police may seize it and use civil forfeiture laws to take it away from you. Drive a Ford Focus or get a cab instead. The same goes for cash: don't bring any money with you that you aren't prepared to lose, because the cops will seize it if they arrest you.

5.  Finally, make sure you have enough money in your bank account to grease the wheels of the justice system to turn favorably towards you. "Don't do the crime if you ain't got the dime.".  Real Talk

You make hobbying fun...WTF?   Couldn't you post this on your reviewers board????  GOOD GOD....

Or maybe you can't get in there.....what are you selling anyway????????

It's not that hard not to get caught by Uncle Leo. Just stick to well-reviewed ladies and use only the best agencies.

Also all of the busts happen at an incall because Uncle Leo wants to control the environment. If you are worry about a bust then rent a hotel room and do an outcall. When Uncle Leo does a bust they do it in a hotel room so that can get more people busted. They aren't gonna to waste resources on sending a uncover lady cop to some unknown dude's place. That's not safe and its  waste of resources.

Posts about unfounded paranoia are really funny to me. Yes, there is a chance you will be caught hobbying by Uncle Leo or catch something. You can reduce your chance by doing your homework and wrapping your tool up.

No one is forcing you to hobby. If you are paranoid find a different hobby.

If you dont like it or think it's overboard ignore it.   its that simple.  Not sure why everyone has an opinion about my rules that could help someone else.  If you think they are stupid or paranoid just ignore them.  I am sure this board wont miss one less negative opinion about someone trying to help others.

GaGambler how hard is it to be respectful?  Seriously if you disagree just ignore it or respectfully add an alternative point of view.  If you have something to add to the conversation just add to the conversation.  Posting unnecessary insults like my perspective of a taking extra preventative steps is "beyond stupid" is part of the problem with this board.  It is one of the reason that irrespective of the hundreds of people who watch these boards dont actively participate.

It is this type of thing that generates unnecessary beefs, introduce unnecessary drama, reduce threads that are meant to be informative, instigate dialog and produce meaningful conversation to flame wars.  You dont have participate in the conversation.  If you have an alternative point of view just express it without being insulting to the original idea or poster.

Moderates these boards are stuck in the same conversations over and over because no one wants to participate in these attempts at flame wars.  I request that you give more scrutiny to people use of negative adjectives and adverse to describe both other people and their thoughts, i.e. "you're stupid/idiot", "you dont know shit", "you're a dumbass", "your ideas are dumb/stupid".  Thank you for your time and attention in this matter.

it is certainly the right of others to state their opinions.

Your thoughts were probably not delivered by divine guidance.

Buck up and let the board flow.

Did you see me complain about him stating his opinion? or did you see me complain about unnecessarily insulting other people and/or their opinion(what I actually complained about)?

Sometimes the poster of exceedingly bad advice needs to be taken to the woodshed so others won't follow him off the cliff. Yours was one of those posts so dumb, so inaccurate, and so potentially harmful to any newbs that might be reading this thread that I felt it necessary to add an exclamation point to my post disagreeing with your "advice"

If your skin is truly that thin, I would suggest you find a forum more to your liking, or even better find a hobby more suited for you. It appears that you spend a lot more time worrying about ending up in jail than you do actually enjoying the company of all these beautiful women.

RO Board would have fun with that noise ... We are not buying what he's selling either

You could just stick to well reviewed providers and never have to interact with LE in the first place.

You are certainly recommending huge overkill here. Even if arrested you are only talking about a relatively minor misdemeanor charge for solicitation. The arrest itself does more harm to most married guys than a conviction could possibly do.

FWIW I have seen literally THOUSANDS of hookers over several decades and have NEVER had the cuffs put on me, much less ever been convicted. Just use a bit of common sense and there is no need for these kind of Chicken Little posts.

One last thing, some of your advice is actually accurate, like knowing your Miranda rights, other parts are rather stupid, like having your car confiscated, unless you are picking up SW's and doing car dates, in which case you are too dumb to be allowed on this board. Sheesh dude, get a fucking grip already.

For married guys, it may be a good idea to have a bail bondsman # on speed dial. You can only mitigate the damages after you get out. Still ... prevention is far better so I absolutely agree on sticking to well reviewed providers. Providers with P411 profile is also a plus for me.

Here are a few that have worked for me over my 40+ years in the hobby:
1. Establish a "Safe Zone." That is, a part of town where you're comfortable going for incalls, or hotels in a part of town where you and providers are comfortable doing outcalls.

2. Stay with providers with whom you feel comfortable and safe.

3. Be aware of your surroundings at all times. If something doesn't look or feel right, it probably isn't. Walk away.

4. If you're in a hotel, act like you belong there. Wait, if you're a registered guest, you DO belong there.

5. Don't do anything to bring unwanted attention to yourself.

I found people often alert each other there. Providers want their clients to keep coming back and hobbyists want their favs continue to be available.

I have business attorney on retainer so I thought it would be a good idea to get a top notch criminal attorney on retainer as well, but it doesn't work like that. I was told to contact him after there's a problem.

GaGambler855 reads

retaining a criminal attorney "just in case" is hardly a difficult task. I believe you when you say an attorney told you to contact him "after" you have a problem, but believe me when I tell you that many attorneys will have no problems at all accepting your retainer "just in case"

I will repeat my earlier comment that retaining an attorney of the off chance you "might" be arrested on a misdemeanor charge of solicitation someday is a lot of overkill, but doing so is not as hard as you seem to believe.

As.Good.as.It.Gets790 reads

I will take your word for it. I only tried it once and I do not intend to do it now. I tried to retain a criminal attorney right after I started my hobby fun. At the time, I just did what I usually do in my normal life so having a good criminal attorney seemed normal. After my failed attempt, I realized it's really not necessary if I do not take unnecessary risk (seeing not well reviewed providers). It's actually going to be kind of suspicious to have a criminal attorney on retainer. It's like I am planning to commit a crime. It may be legal but it's going to be hard to explain to my SO or in divorce court.

GaGambler833 reads

As I said in my earlier posts, it is complete overkill to go out and spend thousands for a top notch attorney that even in the worst case will only be on tap to defend you from a relatively minor misdemeanor charge. Chicken Little's advice to the contrary.

but just for future reference, if you ever decide to give up your day job to start running drugs, or some other high risk, illegal, occupation, you can  rest a bit easier with the knowledge that you can retain a criminal lawyer that should accept your call 24/7 "Just in case" Let's hope that day never comes to pass for any of us.

Most attorneys won't talk to you unless you have been charged with a crime. Somebody has been watching too much bad TV ...

No joke. Arizona laws are strict. They are running stings now because of the SB. You will get arrested and booked. They can go up to 14 days in jail. No joke. Be careful.

From exprience.

I will admit that whore mongering in Az requires a LOT more caution than anywhere else in the country, but even there the OP's advice is complete overkill.

Ahhh now I understand the grease the wheels of justice comment. AZ is close to Mexico where money can buy you out of trouble. Of course, trying to bribe your way out of a misdemeanor is probably a felony and can have you wearing pink ... in AZ anyway.
