I know that independents are allowed to have you come and see them, and I see no reason that they can't come and see you. It is only the organized type sex for hire businesses that are banned, as far as I know.

Does anyone knows what is the current legal status of escorting in Canada? I heard that they changed their laws recently. Outcalls always used to be legal before, is it still the same or anything changed?

I read some where that the new rule follows Nordic model which is criminalizing buying of sexual services. So JOHNs can be arrested in both INCALL & OUTCALL. That is what I understood from that article I read. I want people on this board who are more knowledgeable to comment on this.
