I'd say most clients do not tip unless it is an agency gal. The thought behind that is that she is an independent business person and normally such people don't get tips.
Many gals say the best tip is your repeat business, though I doubt they have ever rejected a tip.
I myself tip around $100 for a 1 to 2 hour session, but over that the fee is generally high enough that tipping isn't required.
To each their own.
It should go without saying that the tip is only proffered if the service was above average.
I also tip if I got significant extra time.
So anything extra is greatly appreciated Personally I think that most of us would appreciate even an extra 10. Anything additional is icing on the cake. Sweet of you to ask!
As independent businesses I believe that prostitutes should charge what what they expect to be paid for their services.
If they go beyond what is expected it is nice to give a gift. If for some reason you feel that you want to give extra in order to get preferential treatment in the future, go for it. I am sure the lady can use a little extra cash.
